Who I Work With
I work with owners, CEOs, leadership teams, boards, and investors who are responsible for turning business priorities into results.
The circumstances vary, but the need is often the same: experienced operating perspective when the decisions matter, the path forward is not entirely clear, or execution is proving harder than expected.
When I’m Most Useful
The value of experienced operating perspective is often greatest when the business has reached a point where the decisions are consequential, the tradeoffs are real, and execution matters.
Growth Has Outpaced the Organization
The business is growing, but the organization, processes, systems, or leadership structure have not kept pace. What worked before is beginning to create constraints, and the next stage requires a different level of operating discipline.
Performance Isn’t Matching the Opportunity
The opportunity is there, but the results are not. Priorities may be competing, accountability may be unclear, or execution may simply be inconsistent. The challenge is determining what is really getting in the way and where to focus first.
Significant Change Is Underway
A transformation, acquisition, new strategy, leadership transition, or other consequential change is putting pressure on the organization. The direction may be clear, but translating it into coordinated execution across the business is the harder part.
Another Experienced Perspective Would Help
Sometimes the leadership team knows the business well but benefits from someone outside the day-to-day operation who has carried similar accountability. An experienced operating perspective can challenge assumptions, clarify the choices, and help determine what needs to happen next.
Industries
My experience spans businesses where operating performance depends on getting people, processes, and execution working together. While every business is different, I bring particular operating context in three areas.
Industrial & Distribution
Experience in complex operating environments where growth, productivity, working capital, customer service, and organizational execution are closely connected.
Home Services
Experience in service businesses where growth depends on field execution, capacity, people, customer experience, and disciplined day-to-day operations.
Healthcare
Experience in healthcare operations where patient service, staffing, compliance, financial performance, and operational discipline must work together.
