For more than four decades, I’ve worked inside businesses where performance mattered, decisions had consequences, and leadership could not be separated from execution.
I’ve led global businesses with significant P&L responsibility, helped transform underperforming operations, built growth platforms, developed leaders, and worked through the complexity that comes with change. I’ve also spent years much closer to the ground—in entrepreneurial, healthcare, home-services, and private-equity-backed businesses where the distance between a decision and its impact is measured in days, not quarters.
That range of experience shapes how I work today. I understand the demands on the CEO, the expectations of ownership, and the realities facing the people responsible for turning the plan into results.

My experience has taken me across very different operating environments—from large global industrial businesses to entrepreneurial companies, healthcare, home services, and private-equity-backed organizations.
The businesses were different. The operating questions often were not.
How do you grow without getting ahead of the organization? Where is performance getting stuck? What needs to change—and what should not? How do you align people around the priorities that matter? And how do you make sure the plan actually gets executed?
Working across those environments has given me a broader frame of reference for seeing patterns, understanding tradeoffs, and recognizing when an issue that appears unique is actually a familiar operating challenge.
